Production Process
Rubber Smashed and Stirred for Smelting: Collecting and mixing the raw materials, which include natural or synthetic rubber, foaming agents, and other additives. Vulcanizing it at high temperatures, and finishing the final product.
Foaming and Curing: The rubber mixture is transferred to a foaming machine where a foaming agent is injected under pressure. This reaction creates small bubbles in the mixture, resulting in foam. The foam is then heated at high temperature for several hours or days to stabilize its structure and properties during the curing process.
Refining and Rolling: The rubber is rolled into sheets or strips of the desired thickness using a rolling machine. Coatings or laminates may also be added during the rolling process to enhance the rubber’s properties.
Heat Lamination: The cloth is embedded and compacted with composite material without glue. Then, it heated at high temperature to melt and fuse the material with the cloth fibers, creating a strong bond. Next, it undergoes a foaming process in an oven.
Stamping and Cutting: Designing and laying out the material, preparing it for stamping, using a stamping machine to create the desired shape, cutting the material to the final size and shape.
Dye Sublimation Printing: Designing the pattern and printing it onto special heat transfer paper using ink that can withstand high temperatures. The transfer paper is then applied to the mat and heat is used to transfer the ink onto the mat and create the design.

A: If we have the item in stock, we will provide up to 2 samples free of charge. However, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Sample costs of customized products can be reducted from whole amount of bulk orders.

A: The estimated time for delivery usually takes 10 – 15 days. However, the actual time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.
A: Please pay by PayPal, T/T, L/C. For bulk orders, the deposit is 30% and the balance will be collected after we provide you with a copy of the bill of lading.
